Feather M0 Bluefruit LE Development Board

Adafruit Feather M0 Bluefruit LE is an all-in-one Arduino-compatible and BLUETOOTH® Low Energy development board with built-in USB and battery charging. The board features ATSAMD21G18 ARM Cortex M0 processor clocked at 48MHz and at 3.3V logic. The development board's chip offers 256K of flash and 32K of RAM and a built-in USB. The built-in USB provides a USB-to-Serial program and debug capability. To support portable projects, the board includes a connector for Adafruit 3.7V lithium polymer batteries and built-in battery charging. The board also features the Bluefruit BTLE module and two status indicator LEDs. The Bluefruit serves as a data pipe to transparently transmit back and forth from the iOS or Android device. Designers can use Adafruit’s iOS App, Android App or write their own app to communicate with the UART service. Thanks to an easy-to-learn AT command set, designers have full control over how the device behaves. This includes the ability to define and manipulate GATT Services and Characteristics or change the way that the device identifies itself for other Bluetooth Low Energy devices to see. Designers can also use the AT commands to query the die temperature, check the battery voltage, check the connection RSSI or MAC address, and more.

Feather Boards

Adafruit Feather is a complete line of standalone and stackable development boards. The Adafruit Feather product line includes basic boards, data loggers, BLE and Arduino compatible boards, and HUZZAH ESP8266 WiFi development boards. Flexible and portable, the Feather boards are powered by lipo batteries for on-the-go use or by micro-USB plugs for stationary projects. To support portable projects, the Feather Boards include a connector for Adafruit 3.7V lithium polymer batteries and built-in battery charging.
