SMPM to SMPM Assemblies

Amphenol RF SMPM to SMPM Assemblies deliver DC to 20GHz RF performance in a micro-miniature, conformable cable. These straight plug to straight plug SMPM assemblies are designed to accommodate both radial and axial misalignment and support a push-on mating style for quick installation. The SMPM series is available with industry-standard diameters of 0.085" and 0.047". Available lengths include a standard imperial range of 3" to 48" and a metric range of 100mm to 3000mm. Amphenol RF SMPM to SMPM Assemblies are ideal for miniaturized high-frequency / high-vibration applications, especially when mated with limited or full-detent PCB connectors. 

High-Vibration Solutions

Amphenol / SV Microwave High-Vibration Solutions are designed to withstand the high-vibration environmental conditions in mil-aero applications. Amphenol offers products with the SMPM interface, which is favored as a smaller alternative to the standard SMP interface. RF technology has been pushed into higher-density, higher-frequency applications that need to maintain a small form factor. However, the push-on design of the standard SMPM and SMPS interfaces does not have enough mating captivating to withstand high vibration. To address this concern, Amphenol / SV Microwave offers two product families with a standard SMPM or SMPS interface with additional mating captivating. The threaded SMPM products feature a threaded coupling nut that encases the SMPM interfaces, securing it tightly. Amphenol / SV Microwave High-Vibration Solutions are suitable for space launches, military aircraft flight conditions, and tank crossings over rugged terrain.

SMPM QB to SMA Cable Assemblies

Amphenol / SV Microwave SMPM QB to SMA Cable Assemblies offer a 50Ω impedance rating and a frequency range of DC to 18GHz. These assemblies feature quarter-turn bayonet locking with a standard SMPM interface and low insertion / withdrawal force. QB to SMA cable assemblies come in either 6" or 12" cable lengths and operate in a -65°C to +165°C temperature range. Amphenol / SV Microwave SMPM QB to SMA Cable Assemblies are suitable for high-vibration environments, bench-top testing, and applications with a high number of mating cycles.

VITA 67 RF Cable Assemblies

Amphenol / SV Microwave VITA 67 RF Cable Assemblies are high-density, high-performance, fixed-length RF cable assemblies that fit into VITA 67 blocks and attach to the PCB board. The VITA 67 RF Cable Assemblies provide ease of assembly or disassembly to daughtercard modules that mate to backplane adapters. VITA 67 RF Cable Assemblies are ideal for aerospace and defense, ground base station and communication systems, avionics, radar systems, and air transport rack applications.
