ADP1765 Low Noise, CMOS Linear Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. ADP1765 Regulators are low noise, low dropout (LDO) CMOS linear regulators. ADP1765 Regulators operate from a single input supply with an input voltage as low as 1.10V. The regulators do not require an external bias supply to increase efficiency and deliver up to a 5A output current. The small package size and low 59mV dropout voltage at a 5A load allow the ADP1765 to operate in a minimal PCB area without compromising performance. Optimized for stable operation with small 22μF ceramic output capacitors, the ADP1765 Regulators achieve optimal transient performance. Analog Devices ADP1765 Regulators have an ultra-low 2μVrms noise rating and ±1.5% fixed output voltage accuracy over line, load, and temperature. Thermal overload and short-circuit protection circuits prevent damage in adverse conditions.

ADP176x CMOS Linear Regulators

Analog Devices ADP176 CMOS Linear Regulators product line includes low noise, Low Dropout (LDO) linear regulators. The ADP176 regulators operate from a single input supply voltage as low as 1.10V and offer up to 5A of output current. The design of these regulators eliminates the requirement for an external bias supply to improve efficiency. ADP176's low dropout voltage enables the regulators to operate with minimal board space, maintain regulation, and improve efficiency.
