The series is UL 248 listed, RoHS compliant, and halogen free. These fuses meet the Bourns AEC-Q200 equivalent test plan, with more severe test conditions and large sample sizes that ensure robustness in certain harsh environments. AEC-Q200-compliant SinglFuse Fuses are designed for various industrial, medical (low to medium risk), telecom, and battery management systems applications.

SF-1206SA-M Automotive-Grade Slow Blow SMD Fuses

Bourns SF-1206SA-M Automotive-Grade Slow Blow SMD Fuses are AEC-Q200-equivalent SMD fuses in a 1206 package size. Bourns SF-1206SA-M Automotive-Grade Slow Blow SMD Fuses ensure performance robustness in harsh environments including automotive, industrial, low- to medium-risk medical, telecom, and Battery Management Systems (BMS) applications. SF-1206SA-M features a 0.5A to 5A rated current and 65VDC rated voltage. The series is UL listed, RoHS compliant, and Halogen-free.

SF-1206SA-R Automotive-Grade SMD Fuses

Bourns SF-1206SA-R Automotive-Grade SMD Fuses are automotive-grade SinglFuse™ devices with a 1206 footprint. The Bourns SF-1206SA-R Automotive-Grade SMD Fuses feature a 10A to 20A rated current, 32VDC rated voltage, and 5s maximum at 250% In-fuse characteristics. The series is designed for use in automotive, datacenter, industrial, low- to medium-risk medical, telecom, and battery management system applications.
