MMFTP84 P-Channel MOSFETs

Diotec Semiconductor MMFTP84 P-Channel MOSFETs are housed in an industry-standard SOT-23 package. The Diotec Semiconductor MMFTP84 offers a continuous Drain current of up to -130mA and a Drain-Source voltage of a maximum of -60V. Drain-Source leakage current is less than -100nA at -40V. Driving these parts is easy with a Gate-Source threshold voltage of typically -1.3V. This feature allows operation directly on logic-level signals. Three MMFTP84 MOSFETs can drive every LED according to the desired color and any other load in a few 10mA. Also available is the automotive-qualified MMFTP84K-AQ for automotive applications.

Automotive Advanced Trench Technology MOSFETs
