EPCOS/TDK MKP Y2 EMI Suppression Capacitors offer 10mm to 37.5mm lead spacing options, small dimensions, and high voltage capability. These capacitors feature good self-healing properties, plastic case construction, and a maximum operating temperature of +110°C. EPCOS/TDK MKP Y2 EMI Suppression Capacitors are ideal for line-to-ground applications and interference suppression.

Input EMI & Safety Standard Approved Capacitors

EPCOS / TDK Input EMI & Safety Standard Approved Capacitors are available in Metallized Film and Ceramic and are used mainly in industrial, consumer and lighting applications such as for RFI suppression and ESD prevention. The special features of these UL and ENEC certified components are self-extinction and overvoltage security, which is ensured by a special resin filling as well as an "open circuit" failure mode to avoid dangerous shorts.
