Midspans are additional PoE power sources that can be used with a non-PoE Switch or a PoE Switch that is at capacity and is already in place or is about to be installed in a network. Power over Ethernet Solutions & PoE ICs

Microsemi / Microchip Power over Ethernet (PoE) Solutions and PoE ICs include networking technology complemented by signal conditioners and timing and synchronization solutions. Microsemi PoE solutions comprise PoE ICs and PoE injectors/systems that are cost-effective and offer a high integration level.
