Mini-Fit TPA2 Glow Wire Connectors

Molex Mini-Fit TPA2 Glow Wire Connectors are two-row wire housings that conform to IEC Glow-Wire Ignition Temperature and Flammability Index standards. Available models include those in 2-, 4-, 6-, and 8-position configurations. Featuring a straight pin mounting style and 4.2mm pitch, these nylon glow wire connectors address the common hazards that household appliances present. The Molex connectors pass the Glow Wire test, which measures the ignition resistance of the plastic connector material. These features make mini-fit TPA2 Glow Wire connectors ideal for both attended and unattended appliances.

Mini-Fit TPA2 Power Connectors & Cable Assemblies

Molex Mini-Fit TPA2 Power Connectors ensure proper mating and prevent accidental terminal back-out while delivering a current rating of 9.0A. The TPA 2 connectors are compatible with standard Mini-Fit Jr. headers. The Standard Mini-Fit TPA2 Cable Assemblies deliver an off-the-shelf solution with a variety of cable lengths and a 4.20mm-pitch connector with a maximum current rating of 9.0A to facilitate both prototyping and global production. Typical applications for these connectors and cable assemblies include consumer / home appliances, data / communications, automotive, and industrial automation applications.
