NXB0104 AutoSense Translating Transceivers

Nexperia NXB0104 AutoSense Dual Supply Translating Transceivers feature auto direction sensing, enabling bidirectional voltage level translation. The transceivers include two 4-bit input-output ports (An and Bn), one output enable input (OE) and two supply pins (V_CC(A) and V_CC(B)). V_CC(A) can be supplied at any voltage between 1.2V and 3.6V, while V_CC(B) can be supplied at any voltage between 1.65V and 5.5V. Those features make the devices suitable for translating between low-voltage nodes (1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5.0V). The devices are fully specified for partial-power-down applications using I_OFF.

Voltage Translators

Nexperia Voltage Translators are a family of 1-, 2-, 4-, and 8-bit dual supply translating transceivers. They feature auto-direction sensing, autosense translation, and are used in push-pull, and open-drain-based applications without additional direction pins.

Nexperia NXS, NXB, and LSF AutoSense Translation Transceivers offer automatic bidirectional sensing for interface voltage level translation. Voltage translation ensures that devices operating at different supply voltages in a system work with each other without damaging current flow and signal loss. These Nexperia 1-bit, 2-bit, 4-bit, and 8-bit devices can be used in push-pull and open-drain-based applications without an additional direction pin.
