The units ensure color mark detection on any packaging, including glossy materials. The series can detect subtle color differences and offer stability even when lots change. The high-luminance white LED and smart noise reduction technology work together to increase the light intensity and reduce the amount of noise. The detected red, green, and blue (RGB) data can be displayed on the unit, and this information can be transferred to the host in real-time. Omron Industrial Automation E3NX-CA Color Fiber Amplifier Units feature smart tuning settings and allow automatic setting of light intensity and threshold.
