Orion Fans XE and VXE High-Performance Fans are powerful 12V, 24V, and 48V fans designed to achieve higher airflow in a smaller frame size. The XE fans offer higher speeds and provide higher airflow performance (CFM) compared with standard models. The VXE fans offer higher airflow and higher static pressure in a single fan solution when compared with standard fan models. These fans also feature a vane axial frame design with motor strut vanes to curve and prevent backflow and turbulence while providing great stability to the motor for high RPM operation. Applications for Orion Fans XE and VXE High-Performance Fans include high-performance and industrial computing, networking and telecom enclosures, food and beverage industry, and electric vehicle (EV) charging base stations.

OD6038-VXE High-Performance Vane Axial DC Fans

Orion Fans OD6038-VXE High-Performance Vane Axial DC Fans are 60mm x 60mm x 38mm brushless DC fans available in 12V, 24V, and 48V options and a vane axial frame. These DC fans deliver airflow up to 78.7CFM and high static pressure up to 2.8 in H₂O. The OD6038-VXE fans feature electronically protected motors, optional configurations including tachometer output, and PWM speed control for precise performance management. The OD6038-VXE fans are built with dual ball bearings, a PBT plastic frame, and a life expectancy of 70,000 hours. These DC fans comply with RoHS and operate at a -20°C to 65°C temperature range. Typical applications include medical, automotive, computer/networking/telecom, building automation, EV chargers/renewable energy, and kiosks/digital signage.
