The QPM0106 RF Amplifier operates at a 1GHz to 6GHz frequency range and 24V bias voltage. This RF amplifier provides 35W saturated output power. The QPM0106 evaluation board is ideally used in electronic warfare, radar, test instrumentation, and communications.
