BD52 & BD53 Automotive Voltage Detector ICs

ROHM Semiconductor BD52 and BD53 Automotive Voltage Detector ICs are highly accurate, AEC-Q100 qualified, low current consumption voltage detection devices featuring an external capacitor-controlled time delay. The BD52 Voltage Detector ICs provide an N-channel open-drain output. The BD53 Voltage Detector ICs provide a CMOS output. ROHM Semiconductor BD52 and BD53 ICs are designed for specific detection voltage ranging from 0.9V to 5.0V, with a 0.1V increment. The time delay for both the BD52 and BD53 Voltage Detector ICs has a ±30% accuracy over the entire operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
