ISL99390FRZ 90A Smart Power Stage (SPS) Module

Renesas Electronics ISL99390FRZ 90A Smart Power Stage (SPS) Module is compatible with the ISL68/69xxx Digital Multiphase (DMP) controllers and phase doublers (ISL6617A), respectively. The 90A SPS provides excellent current sense accuracy over line, load, and temperature. Combining a Renesas Digital PWM controller with the SPS allows precision system-level power management and efficient transient response for loadline-based regulators. The devices simplify design by eliminating typical DCR sensing networks and associated thermal compensation components.
