The MCUs offer a 32-bit product range that combines very high performance, real-time capabilities, digital signal processing, and low-power, low-voltage operation. This is achieved while maintaining full integration and ease of development.

STM32F302x6 & STM32F302x8 32-Bit Microcontrollers

STMicroelectronics STM32F302x6 and STM32F302x8 32-Bit Microcontrollers are based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC core operating at a frequency of up to 72MHz and embedding a floating point unit (FPU). The family incorporates high-speed embedded memories (up to 64Kbyte of Flash memory, 16Kbytes of SRAM), and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. The STM32F302x6 and STM32F302x8 MCUs offer a fast 12-bit ADC (5Msps), three comparators, an operational amplifier, up to 18 capacitive sensing channels, one DAC channel, a low-power RTC, one general-purpose 32-bit timer, one timer dedicated to motor control, and up to three general-purpose 16-bit timers, and one timer to drive the DAC. They also feature standard and advanced communication interfaces, including three I²Cs, up to three USARTs, up to two SPIs with multiplexed full-duplex I²Ss, a USB FS device, a CAN, and an infrared transmitter.

STM32F3 High-Performance ARM® Cortex™-M4 MCUs

STMicroelectronics STM32 F3 Mixed-Signal MCUs combines a 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M4 core (with FPU and DSP instructions) running at 72MHz with a high number of integrated analog peripherals leading to cost reduction at the application level and simplifying application design. Peripherals include ultra-fast comparators, op-amp with programmable gain, 12-bit DACs, ultra-fast 12-bit ADCs, precise 16-bit sigma-delta ADCs, core coupled memory SRAM, 144MHz advanced 16-bit pulse-width modulation timer, and high-resolution timer. It also includes a flexible interconnect matrix that allows autonomous communication between peripherals and saves CPU resources and power consumption. A high degree of compatibility with the STM32 F0 series guarantees outstanding efficiency when designing derivatives of applications at different performance levels.
