STMicroelectronics TSV6xx CMOS Op Amps

STMicroelectronics TSV61x, TSV629x, and TSV639x CMOS op amps offer rail-to-rail input / output, low supply voltage, low power consumption, and other high-performance features. The STMicroelectronics TSV61x CMOS op amp has a gain bandwidth product of 120 kHz while consuming only 10µA at 5V. The TSV61x also features ultra-low input bias and low input offset voltage, making it ideal for sensor interfaces, and battery supplied and portable applications as well as active filtering. The STMicroelectronics TSV629x CMOS op amp features an excellent speed / power consumption ratio, offering a 420 kHz gain bandwidth while consuming only 29µA at a 5V supply voltage. The TSV629x is unity gain stable for capacitive loads up to 100 pF and extends the battery life of battery-powered devices. The STMicroelectronics TSV639x CMOS op amp offers excellent speed / power consumption ratio, 2.4 MHz gain bandwidth product while consuming only 60µA at 5V.
