TE Connectivity's ERNI Connectors Automotive and Transportation Solutions offer a broad range of automotive connectors for different vehicle applications and comprehensive services for transport vehicles. The automotive connectors provide several advantages such as high security, less space requirement, high-temperature resistance, and high current-level transmission. The connectors in transportation also have several advantages such as secure connections, high resistance, and a high degree of flexibility.

Power Connectors

TE Connectivity's (TE) ERNI Power Connectors supplement signal solutions and are designed with the same technology, features, and benefits. These connectors include dual-beam female contacts, robust miniaturization, and more. While the name of the power solution may include the overall family name, TE ERNI Power Connectors are designed to work with other TE ERNI products.

PowerElements

TE Connectivity's ERNI PowerElements provides various power components with combined elastic and massive press-fit zones. While the massive press-fit zone guarantees torque support and secure fixtures, the flexible press-fit zone provides optimal power transmission. The combined flexible and massive press-fit zone is available in variants for M5, M6, M8, and M10. They can transmit currents of up to 290A per PowerElement (at 20°C) and operate in the temperature range from -40°C to +135°C. The purely massive press-fit zone is available in M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, and M10. These components operate in a temperature range from -40°C to +135°C. Applications for TE Connectivity's ERNI PowerElements include high-current range (central electrical systems, security systems, etc.), hybrid applications, and wherever lots of power is connected to the PCB and transmitted (power boards).
