Dynamic HV Connector System

TE Connectivity's (TE) Dynamic High-Voltage (HV) Connector System features a 1000V voltage rating with high-performance resin and only a 3.5mm pitch for the PCB and wire connection. The series includes a single row with six and eight positions and a double row with 10 and 12 positions. The space-saving double-row header enables a high pin count and reduces mating force by utilizing two single receptacles. The X/Y keying is error-proof, preventing the mismating of identical pin-count parts in double-row headers. TE Dynamic HV Connector System features a side-latch structure for comfortable mating and unmating force. Applications include battery energy storage systems (BESS), electric vehicle infrastructure (EVI), EV power batteries, battery packs, battery management systems (BMS), and battery distribution units (BDU).
