DRV8343x-Q1EVM Evaluation Modules

Texas Instruments DRV8343x-Q1EVM Evaluation Modules are designed to evaluate the DRV8343x-Q1 automotive 3-phase Smart Gate Drivers. The DRV8343x-Q1 Automotive, 60V, Smart Gate Drivers provide three half-bridge gate drivers, each capable of driving high-side and low-side N-channel power MOSFETs. Texas Instruments DRV8343x-Q1EVM Evaluation Modules feature onboard reverse battery protection, a regulated 3.3V supply LDO, an MSP430 microcontroller, and CSD18540Q5B NexFET power MOSFETs.
