SN74AC05-Q1 Automotive Hex Inverters

Texas Instruments SN74AC05-Q1 Automotive Hex Inverters with open-drain outputs drive 50Ω transmission lines. These inverters's inputs accept voltages up to 6V. The SN74AC05-Q1 inverters feature a continuous 24mA output drive at 5V and support up to 75mA output drive at 5V in short bursts. These inverters are available in a wettable flank QFN package. The SN74AC05-Q1 inverters AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. These inverters are used to drive an indicator LED, synchronize inverted clock inputs, and invert a digital signal.
