SN74ACT07/SN74ACT07-Q1 Hex Buffers

Texas Instruments SN74ACT07/SN74ACT07-Q1 Hex Buffers include six independent CMOS logic buffers with TTL-compatible inputs and open-drain outputs. These buffers feature a 24mA continuous output drive at 5V and fast operation with a maximum delay of 8.3ns. The SN74AC07/SN74AC07-Q1 buffers support up to 75mA output drive at 5V in short bursts and drive 50Ω transmission lines. These SN74ACT07-Q1 hex buffers are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. The SN74ACT07/SN74ACT07-Q1 buffers are used to control a relay, drive an indicator LED, and level-shift using an open-drain output.
