IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

TLC6C59x/TLC6C59x-Q1 Shift Register LED Drivers

Texas Instruments TLC6C59x/TLC6C59x-Q1 Shift Register LED Drivers are monolithic, medium-voltage, low-current power  8- or 12-bit shift registers designed for use in systems that require relatively moderate load power, such as LEDs. TI TLC6C598  contains an 8-bit serial-in, parallel-out shift register that feeds an 8-bit D-type storage register while TLC6C5912-Q1 contains a 12-bit serial-in, parallel-out shift register that feeds a 12-bit D-type storage register. Outputs are low-side, open-drain DMOS transistors with output ratings of 40V and 50mA continuous sink-current capabilities when VCC = 5V. The current limit decreases as the junction temperature increases for additional device protection. The device also provides up to 2000V of ESD protection when tested using the human-body model and the 200V machine model. TI TLC6C59x is designed for operation over the operating ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. These TI shift register LED drivers are designed for use in instrumentation clusters, tell-tale lamps and LED illumination and control. The TLC6C59x-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
