TLV700/TLV700-Q1 LDO Linear Regulators

Texas Instruments TLV700/TLV700-Q1 Low-Dropout (LDO) Linear Regulators are low quiescent current devices with excellent load and line transient performance. These LDOs are designed for power-sensitive applications. A precision bandgap and error amplifier provide an overall 2% accuracy. Low output noise, low dropout voltage, and very high power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR) make these devices ideal for most battery-operated handheld equipment. All device versions have current limits and thermal shutdown for safety.
