TPS37100/TPS37100-Q1 Supervisors

Texas Instruments TPS37100/-Q1 Window, Overvoltage, or Undervoltage Supervisors supply 105V input voltage with a 5uA low quiescent current, quick detection time, and an integrated buffer for voltage measurements. The TPS37100/-Q1 devices can be connected directly to a 24V/48V/72V battery or voltage rail for continuous monitoring of overvoltage (OV) or undervoltage (UV) conditions. Wide-hysteresis voltage alternatives are available to ignore false output deassertions caused by battery voltage transients.
