The LUG series can offer a maximum insulation withstand voltage of up to 5kVAC, an AEC-Q200 qualification and a maximum operating temperature of +125°C to +150°C. The Pb-free construction of these thermistors is for use in temperature sensing applications across numerous market segments. Vishay NTCALUG RoHS Compliant Lug Mount Thermistors are ideal for power inverters, HVAC systems, motor drives, power electronics, industrial equipment and consumer appliances.

NTCALUGx Thermistors & Standard Lug Sensors

Vishay / BC Components NTCALUGx Thermistors and Standard Lug Sensors are thermistor chips soldered to 24AWG stranded silver-plated copper leads. These thermistors come with an insulated sensor attached to a tin-plated copper ring lug. The modules feature easy mounting that uses the ring tongue terminal and rugged construction. Vishay / BC Components NTCALUGx Thermistors and Standard Lug Sensors are suitable for surface sensing applications that require good electrical insulation and good thermal contact with the chassis.
