These features allow designers to meet compact, high-efficiency design requirements avoiding the need to specify larger diodes for higher current applications. The Bourns CD-DF Bridge Rectifier Diodes offer a forward current of 4A with a choice of repetitive peak reverse voltages between 600V and 1000V.
