NXS, NXB, & LSF AutoSense Translation Transceivers

Nexperia NXS, NXB, and LSF AutoSense Translation Transceivers offer automatic bidirectional sensing for interface voltage level translation. Voltage translation ensures that devices operating at different supply voltages in a system work with each other without damaging current flow and signal loss. These Nexperia 1-bit, 2-bit, 4-bit, and 8-bit devices can be used in push-pull and open-drain-based applications without an additional direction pin.

NXS0104 Dual Supply Translating Transceivers

Nexperia NXS0104 Dual Supply Translating Transceivers are 4-bit, open drain, and auto direction sensing devices that enable bi-directional voltage level translation. These transceivers feature two 4-bit input-output ports (An and Bn), one Output Enable input (OE), and two supply pins (V_CC(A) and V_CC(B)). The Nexperia NXS0104 transceivers are fully specified for partial-power-down applications using IOFF. The I_OFF circuitry disables the output, preventing the damaging backflow current through the device when powered down. These transceivers are ideally used in desktop PC, handsets, smartphones, and tablets.

Voltage Translators

Nexperia Voltage Translators are a family of 1-, 2-, 4-, and 8-bit dual supply translating transceivers. They feature auto-direction sensing, autosense translation, and are used in push-pull, and open-drain-based applications without additional direction pins.
