PXP0 P-Channel Trench MOSFETs

Nexperia PXP0 P-Channel Trench MOSFETs are enhancement mode Field-Effect Transistors (FETs) that utilize Trench MOSFET technology. The PXP0 P-Channel comes in an MLPAK33 (SOT8002) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. The MOSFETs are logic-level compatible and use Trench MOSFET technology. Typical applications include high-side load switch, battery management, DC to DC conversion, and switching circuits.
