Packaged in a low-profile PSMC (TO-277A), the STPS5H100SF and STPS5H100SFY provide a very low V_F in a compact package and can withstand very high operating junction temperature. STMicroelectronics STPS5H100SF and STPS5H100SFY 100V Schottky Rectifiers feature wettable flanks, ensuring high-quality connections and allowing visual solder inspection.
