TLS850B0 Demonstration Boards

Infineon Technologies TLS850B0 Demonstration Boards are designed for the evaluation of TLS850B0 high-performance linear voltage regulators. These demo boards feature plug-and-play capability, overtemperature shutdown, and output current limitation. The TLS850B0 demo boards evaluate the TLS850B0TE50 / TLS850B0TE33 in a TO-252-5 package and TLS850B0TBV33 / TLS850B0TBV50 linear voltage regulators in a TO-263-5 package. Infineon Technologies TLS850B0 Demonstration Boards have an input voltage range of 3V to 40V, 500mA output current, and operate at -40°C to 150°C temperature range.
