eMMC Devices

Alliance Memory eMMC Devices integrate NAND flash memory with an eMMC controller and flash transition layer (FTL) management software in a single package. These devices speed up product development, improve time to market, and save space by eliminating the need for an external controller. The embedded multi-media card (eMMC) devices support the eMMC/JEDEC 5.1 industry standard and are backward compatible with eMMC 4.5 and 5.0 versions. These devices come in an 11.5mm x 13mm 153ball FBGA package. The embedded multi-media card (eMMC) devices feature up to 200MHz MMC I/F clock frequency, up to 52MHz MMC I/F boot frequency, and programmable bus width. These devices operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, with a supply voltage of 2.7V to 3.6V (for NAND Flash memory), and 1.7V to 1.95V or 2.7V to 3.6V (for interfaces). Typical applications include consumer, industrial, and networking products.
