CDMA Medium Voltage Thick Film Chip Dividers

Vishay / Techno CDMA Medium Voltage Thick Film Chip Dividers are automotive-grade (AEC-Q200 qualified) voltage dividers featuring a 3-sided wraparound termination in a 2512 case size. Operating in a wide -55°C to +155°C temperature range, the CDMA Chip Dividers feature a 1W power rating, a 1415V maximum working voltage, and a 500KΩ to 50MΩ resistance range. These components offer precision to ±0.5% with low TCR tracking to 10 ppm/°C utilizing thick film technology.
