BTS3125TF Demonstration Board

Infineon Technologies BTS3125TF Demonstration Board is engineered to evaluate the features and performance of the BTS3125TF Highly Integrated Temperature Protected MOSFET (HITFET™) switches. This demonstration board already contains the BTS3125TF switch mounted on it, along with connectors for OUT, IN, and GND pins. The board is capable of driving one 12V resistive, capacitive, or inductive load. Infineon Technologies BTS3125TF Demonstration Board is RoHS compliant and operates within a supply voltage range of 6V to 31V.
