SIL Reed Relays

MEDER electronic SIL Reed Relays are dual in-line, IC-compatible relays available with a dielectric strength of 4.25V_DC. The SIL series features 10W or 50W maximum rated power, 10⁹GΩ or 10¹⁰GΩ typical insulation resistance, and -20°C to +70°C operating temperature range. The relays are ideal for general-purpose applications, measuring and testing devices, and various markets, such as telecommunications, test and measurement, security. MEDER electronic SIL Reed Relays feature breakdown voltages across contact up to 4kV_DC, small sizes to save space, insulation resistance, internal magnetic shield, and REACH and RoHS compliance.
