SiP12117DB microBUCK™ Evaluation Board

Vishay SiP12117DB microBUCK™ Evaluation Board is a reference board designed to evaluate the features and functionalities of SiP12117 synchronous buck regulators. The SiP12117 regulators are high-frequency Current-Mode Constant-On-Time (CM-COT) synchronous buck regulators with integrated high- and low-side power MOSFETs. These regulators are capable of delivering up to 3A continuous current and 600kHz switching frequency. The SiP12117 regulators provide an ultra-fast transient response, less than 5μA typical shutdown current, and a cycle-by-cycle current limit. Typical applications include graphics cards, set-top boxes, LCD TVs, notebook computers, and HDDs/SSDs. 

SIP121x microBUCK Synchronous Buck Regulators

Vishay / Siliconix SIP121x microBUCK Synchronous Buck Regulators are high-frequency current-mode constant on-time (CM-COT) synchronous buck regulators with integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs. The power stage is capable of supplying 3A, 4A, or 5A continuous current at 1.5MHz or 4MHz switching frequency. Vishay / Siliconix SIP121x regulators produce an adjustable output voltage to accommodate a variety of applications, including computing, consumer electronics, telecom, and industrial.

SiP12117 3A Synchronous Buck Regulator

Vishay SiP12117 3A Synchronous Buck Regulator is a high-frequency current-mode constant on-time (CM-COT) synchronous buck regulator with integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs. The power stage is capable of supplying up to 3A continuous current at 600kHz switching frequency. Vishay SiP12117 3A Synchronous Buck Regulator produces an adjustable output voltage down to 0.6V from 4.5V to 15V input rail to accommodate a variety of applications, including consumer electronics, computing, telecom, and industrial.
