Navitas Semiconductor NV6257 650V Half-Bridge GaNFast™ Power ICs are designed for high-frequency, soft-switching topologies. The Navitas Semiconductor NV6257 integrates two eMode GaN FETs (275mΩ high-side, 175mΩ low-side) with simple logic inputs, delivering a compact, efficient, and fast powertrain. Featuring industry-leading dV/dt immunity, integrated protection, and a low-profile 6mm x 8mm QFN package, it simplifies GaN technology adoption for designers. Navitas’ GaNFast ICs enhance traditional topologies like flyback, half-bridge, buck/boost, and resonant to MHz+ frequencies, enabling breakthrough designs with exceptional power density and efficiency.

GaNSense™ Half-Bridge Power ICs

Navitas Semiconductor GaNSense™ Half-Bridge Power ICs are fully integrated and protected GaN ICs with bidirectional lossless current sensing. These power ICs deliver 4% higher efficiency, 15% lower system cost, and a 40% smaller footprint. The GaNSense half-bridge power ICs combine two GaN FETs in a half-bridge configuration with drive, control, sensing, and autonomous protection. These ICs provide autonomous low-current standby mode and autonomous synchronous rectification mode. The GaNSense half-bridge power ICs include several safety features, such as high- and low-side short circuit protection, Over-Temperature Protection (OTP), and 2kV ESD on all pins. Typical applications include air conditioners, heat pumps, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, and hair dryers. For low-power industrial drives, applications range from pumps to circulators and fans.

GaNFast™ Power ICs

Navitas Semiconductor GaNFast™ Power ICs are easy-to-use, high-speed, high-performance 'digital-in, power-out' building blocks. The components feature an integrated gate drive, wide-range VCC and PWM inputs, internal 2kV ESD protection and a large thermal cooling pad. Monolithically integrating the driver and power stages enables high switching frequencies while keeping the signal clean and eliminating any unwanted noise that might affect the device's control and reliability. The GaNFast Power ICs enable high-frequency operation with ease of use, design flexibility and compatibility with popular topologies and controllers.
