PIMP32 PNP/PNP Double Transistors

Nexperia PIMP32 PNP/PNP Double Transistors are Resistor-Equipped double Transistors (RETs) that incorporate a 500mA output current capability. These double transistors feature a built-in bias resistor in which R1 is 2.2kΩ and R2 is 10kΩ. The PIMP32 double transistors come in a small SOT457 (SC-74) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. These devices are ideally used in digital applications, control of IC inputs, switching loads, and cost-saving alternatives to the BC807/BC807-Q series.
