The Ethernet Power Fault Protection includes the SMCJ and SP40 TVS Diode, SP3, SRV05xx, LC03xx, and SP40xx Diode Array, and the 0461xxx Fuse series. SP4042 3.3V TVS Diode Arrays

Littelfuse SP4042 3.3V TVS Diode Arrays combine low capacitance steering diodes with a TVS diode to offer 2 channels of protection against lightning-induced surge events and ESD. These devices can easily absorb up to 120A per IEC61000- 4-5 (tP= 2/10μs) without performance degradation and a minimum ±30kV ESD per IEC61000-4-2 international standard. The low loading capacitance means the SP4042 series from Littelfuse is ideal for protecting ethernet interfaces.
