LGA 4677 Sockets

TE Connectivity's (TE) LGA 4677 Sockets are designed with high bandwidth demands with PCIe Generation 5 (Gen 5) and DDR5 8-channel support available. These sockets feature a greater number of memory channels, enabling speed-intensive applications such as artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning. LGA 4677 Sockets deliver an aggregate link bandwidth of up to 128Gbps in x16 configuration and support higher-speed networking protocols and higher-speed interconnections between system devices. TE LGA 4677 Sockets are suitable for next-gen servers, edge computing, machine learning and hyperscale applications.
