Broadcom HSMF-C116 Tricolor ChipLED is designed for close-pitch assembly and portable / wearable applications. The ultra-small, surface-mount package features high-intensity red AlInGaP and high-intensity InGaN green and blue dies. The PCB substrate has a black surface to improve contrast. Broadcom HSMF-C116 Tricolor ChipLED is compatible with reflow soldering. Typical applications include displays, backlighting, and indicators.

HSMF-C11x Tricolour ChipLEDs

Broadcom HSMF-C11x Tricolour ChipLEDs are small in size with a narrow footprint and low profile for back lighting, status indication and front panel illumination. These ChipLEDs are offered in tape and reel to facilitate pick and place operation. The package is compatible with IR soldering and binned by both colour and intensity.
