BD868xMUF-C PMICs for Automotive Cameras

ROHM Semiconductor BD868xMUF-C Power Management ICs (PMICs) for Automotive Cameras include primary DC-DC converters, dual secondary DC-DC converters, secondary linear regulators for CMOS sensors, and an image sensing power supply. Compliance with the ISO 26262 standard facilitates safety design in next-generation vehicles equipped with ADAS. Measuring 3.5mm2 x 1.0mm, these VQFN20FV3535 packaged ICs are ideal for camera modules that require a small board footprint and a small package. The ROHM Semiconductor BD868xMUF-C PMICs feature spread-spectrum operation, providing lower-noise-regulated outputs.
