Gladiator Magnetic Self-Aligning Connectors

Amphenol PCD Gladiator Magnetic Self-Aligning Connectors are small, lightweight, flat connectors designed for soldier-worn applications, including data sharing, battery charging, and peripheral connectivity. The Gladiator plugs and receptacles fit through MOLLE pack straps. Receptacles are designed for panel mounting, clipped into MOLLE, or sewn into place. Magnetic mating orients and aligns the connectors for fast, no-look mating with a rolling latch to secure the connector in place, preventing inadvertent unmating. Factory-adjustable engage/disengage forces meet user-specific requirements. Spring pins (spring probes) maintain contact through shock and vibration. A silicone gasket interfacial seal seals individual contacts and the plug to the receptacle. Amphenol PCD Gladiator Magnetic Self-Aligning Connectors support USB 2.0 Data with 90Ω impedance.
