MAMX-011066 5-37GHz High Linearity Mixer

MACOM MAMX-011066 5-37GHz High Linearity Mixer measures 1.5mm x 1.2mm in a 6-lead TDFN plastic package. The MACOM MAMX-011066 is ideal for linear applications like high-bit rate transmitters and receivers in Point-to-Point, Satcom, or LAN setups. This mixer offers 8dB conversion loss and an input intercept point (IIP3) of 20dBm. Use it for mixing lower sideband (LSB) and upper sideband (USB). Combine two of these mixers in a quadrature configuration to achieve image rejection. Additionally, apply a positive bias voltage (<1V) to the LO or optional VG pin to lower LO drive requirements. The VG pin is internally bypassed and can also optimize device linearity by applying a positive bias voltage (<1V) to the IF pin.
