Micro Commercial Components (MCC) 650V and 1200V IGBTs utilize a Trench-Field Stop technology that delivers superior current conduction capability combined with a low conduction and switching loss. The IGBTs permit paralleling via the positive temperature coefficient. The MCC 650V and 1200V IGBTs are easy to operate and simple on and off. Users have many options with various devices to apply in their application.
