SIP3243x Power Switch ICs

Vishay SIP3243x Power Switch ICs offer an ultra-low leakage and quiescent current slew rate in a controlled high-side switch with reverse blocking capabilities. The SiP32431 and SiP32432 provide a low ON-resistance p-channel MOSFET that supports continuous current up to 1.4A. The switches operate with an input voltage from 1.5V to 5.5V. The SIP3243x Switches feature a low input logic level to interface with a low control voltage from microprocessors.
