IXYS MCNAxxYA/YB Dual Thyristor Diodes offer a 1.18V to 1.19V voltage range, 150A to 220A current range, and 4800V isolation voltage. These diodes feature long-term stability, a planar passivated chip, and a Y4 package with advanced power cycling and reduced weight.
