GBUE2580 Single-Phase Bridge Rectifier

Vishay Semiconductors GBUE2580 Single-Phase Bridge Rectifier offers a single in-line circuit configuration with low forward voltage drop and high surge current capability. This rectifier supports a high case dielectric strength of 1500VRMS and 275°C maximum 10s solder dip per JESD 22-B106. The GBUE2580 bridge rectifier features 800V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage and 25A maximum average forward rectified output current in a GBU package. This rectifier is halogen-free, RoHS-compliant, and industrial-grade. The GBUE2580 bridge rectifier is ideal for home devices, white goods, telecom power supplies, high-efficiency desktop PC, server SMPS, and switching power supplies.
