AF54RHC804 Rad-Hard 8-channel Level Translator

Apogee Semiconductor AF54RHC804 Rad-Hard 8-channel Level Translator is a member of the AF54RHC logic family. This translator can operate across the 1.65V_DC to 5.5V_DC supply voltage range on both supply voltage inputs, V_CCA and V_CCY. The AF54RHC804 translator consists of an output enable control pin that allows the outputs to be placed in a high impedance (high-Z) state. The outputs are placed in high impedance when V_CCA input is not present. This ensures that no loading or leakage paths are experienced at the output nodes when the input rail is not powered.
