Automotive Digital Transistors

ROHM Semiconductor Automotive Digital Transistors are AEC-Q101-qualified devices. These automotive digital transistors are available in NPN and PNP configurations and feature built-in bias resistors. The built-in resistors enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors. These bias resistors consist of thin-film resistors with complete isolation to allow negative biasing of the input. The digital resistors come with an on/off operation that makes the circuit design easy.
