N6700 Power System Source Measure Units (SMUs)

Keysight Technologies N6700 Power System Source Measure Units (SMUs) measure currents accurately down to microampere and nanoampere. These SMUs provide accurate current measurements with seamless ranging, analyze a device and battery with the voltmeter mode, and emulate a battery with stable glitch-free sourcing and sinking. N6700 SMUs feature highly accurate measurements down to nanoamperes while providing operation as a DC current source, electronic load, and DC voltage source.
